Victoria Yau (aka “Vickie,” 1939-2023) was acclaimed artist of a variety of mediums (watercolor, ink and brush, fabric, oil and acrylic) whose works have been displayed in solo open space exhibitions in the United States, Taiwan, Japan, and China as well as in the Art Institute of Chicago, the Smithsonian, the American Academy of Design (New York), the Illinois State Museum, and some of Chicago’s once renowned art galleries.
